Anything less is doing our clients a disservice. There are plenty of options available for people who are trying to get short-term, quick-fix results. Every single goal in the health industry takes time.
Building muscle takes 8-12 weeks. Losing fat requires 0.5kg per week. Recovering from tendon issues can take 6-12 months. Improving your cardiovascular fitness can take 6 weeks to see results. Building new or breaking bad habits can take anywhere from 19-264 days. That’s the reality. It’s better to acknowledge it now.
Absolutely! In fact – sometimes the results are actually better.
We like to do our initial consults and reviews in person (where possible) but the results are remarkable similar. This is because our entire program is built around you. We have the right balance between empowerment, support and accountability.
Think of this program like your Health GPS. We help you plan the fastest, most efficient route to your destination – But at the end of the day, it’s always been up to you to drive the car. No matter what other programs or health practitioners have told you, you can’t outsource your health (nobody else can do it for you).
